Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Miller manufactures high-quality products for the retail industry. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase. A sales receipt is required as proof of purchase.

If a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow installation, maintenance, or use instructions, abuse, alteration, accident, or normal wear and tear.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must have an authorization number for your return.
• A 25% restocking fee will be assessed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the refund status after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
